Description:

This scrolls the page up a few lines after following a link to an anchor. You know, when there is a hash in the URL. Something like:

www.foo.com#this_section

These anchor links cause the browser to scroll to the exact line where the anchor is defined, but I like to have the thing I want to see more centered. So this script scrolls the page a few lines up (if possible).
