The Amazon book reader (gp/reader) prevents saving book covers, etc. by blocking the right click context menu.
This script [now cross-browser - IE, Firefox, Opera] sniffs-out the real image address and presents menu links to them as they become available. Open image in a new tab, window, etc. and save the image from there.

Added an extra img-src location test "sitb-images.amazon." to the existing img-src "lookinside" test. Amazon must have changed their source tree for images?
