After you have copied the script into the IE7 Pro Script Directory ( Probably C:\Program Files\IEPro\userscripts ) then restart IE7 Pro and select the script in the user scrips section of the options panel.

Then when visiting a site with links to images that you want to unlink, click the IE7 menu, choose "User Script Commands" and pick "Unlink Images"

It will only unlink images on that page.

This script does nothing unless you activate it!
