	That's not a problem with the data uri, that is simply a result from using mixed protocols on a secure page...happens not just with data uri's but with every user inserted object which is not retrieved over a secure connection. to get rid of the message, dissable the Mixed Content warning in Internet Options > Security for the appropriate zone.
